Tom Norris has over twenty-five years leadership experience in Fortune 500 firms in the beauty care, consumer products, and financial services industries. He has served as both a Senior Executive and Consultant to a number of businesses across the Unites States.

In his twenty plus year career, Tom has been Assistant Vice President of Education & Development for L'Oréal USA , Director of Organization Development and Training for Transamerica Distribution Finance, Director of Sales Training and Development for Helene Curtis Industries, and Director of Sales Development for Leaf Confectionary. At Johnson & Johnson, Tom started his career as a territory manager; his career path included roles as Regional Sales Trainer, Key Account Manager, District Manager, Manager of National Sales Training, and National Account Manager.

Tom is the founder of Norris Associates LLC a consulting firm that excels at providing organizations with sales development strategies and solutions aimed at improving sales force effectiveness, cross-functional team work, organizational structures, performance management systems, recognition and reward programs, management and leadership development, and sales and technical skills training. His knowledge base is steeped in a deep understanding of how to align an organization's go to market strategy and goals with the most effective structures, systems, processes, teams, and people to achieve maximum results.
